I took my son to Wesley to get xrays done. I get them checked in at registration the lady that checked us kept telling me that we have to pay $25.00 for co payment which is bs cause I called our insurance prior to coming to Wesley and I was told by them that the x rays was 100% covered no co payments or anything. The lady kinda started getting irritated that I wouldn't pay the 25.00. Eventually she let it go and said it would be billed if we did owe anything. Every person on staff from the ER, transfer, pre-op, post-op, to housekeeping was very friendly, empathetic, and helpful during the 5 days my mom was in their care. I never worried about her care when I had to step away. Wesley is top notch! Thank you so much. You all made this very stressful time less so.
My grandma was rushed here by Reno County EMS and put in the MICU and They was Amazing with her and did everything they could do to save her but it was her time to go home to heaven and we Thank you from my family to yours.. <3 And you guys really should keep Aley Fisher around she is in Respiratory She is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
I personally want to Thank the staff at Wesley, all departments, Surgery care, Dr.bagharva, and the 9th floor nurses!! We so appreciate all your hard work, kindness, and help with my Father's health care recovery.
My husband had open heart surgery and he had the best treatment and care you can imagine! The nurses were all wonderful.
The nurses and doctor were really kind on helping my daughter when I took her in.
From the moment my mother arrived to the ER until the time she was transferred to hospice, she received excellent care. So impressed with WMC staff, their care, and compassion.
I used the online check-in for the first time & when I arrived I waited less than 5 minutes. I was treated very very well, the registered nurse who assisted me was cracking jokes with me & my hubby, was clear on everything too. I love the different color scrubs for everyone too. It helps you to know who is assisting you.
