Over an hour in the ER waiting room where they forgot about us, an hour and a half in the exams room where they forgot to get my sons vitals until they were ready to let us leave, they were rude when asking about my insurance because they still had an old insurance with the current insurance on file, and they were going to send us home without having actually done anything until I asked them to look at different things.
I found the staff to be friendly. And the doctors we good at explaining things . They are so slow on turning off beeping machines my husband's rang for Twenty minutes.I feel there is no communication between Dept.We were here a week and still no shower curtain in the bathroom (8 -10 building 4 )i had asked for one the first day we were admitted. They only mopped the room one and I must say the café needs to be open more hours. The cafeteria Sucks not friendly staff and the hot food is always dry and crusty.the salad bar is s... read more
I have always loved Wesley, this time isn't any different. They have always taken care of myself, my kids, and all the family as a whole. Definitely would recommend Wesley!!!
Had uncontrollably high blood pressure, and was brought to Wesley from Newton. Delivered my baby 2 weeks ago today at 32 weeks. She is now in the NSCU and is doing really well. I am very grateful for the great care I received and the awesome care the my baby is getting while here. Doctor Binder is great about keeping me informed on how baby is doing as well. I had heard that Wesley is the best baby hospital, and this is where I need to be for babies care, and I am very glad that we are able to be here for the time being.

Rude as hell I was there for 2 hours and no Dr or nurse came to check on me and too make it worse I was in quick care.... they don't care about their patients!!!!

Pre-op for Hubby's open chest surgery in a few days........ they were wonderful! Patient, kind and 100% understanding......made us feel alot better about his impending complicated procedure

I was extremely impressed with the care my son and I received while at Wesley. My son arrived 5 weeks early and had to spend some time in the NICU and Special Care. The nurses were awesome!! I can't express how appreciative my husband and I were of the top notch care our son received. The nurses were very accommodating and kept us informed with what was going on with our son's care.
