Staff would allow drug use on facilitily in the bathroom. The food in the cafeteria was unhealthy. They do the bare minimum to get you housing.I was harassed by the clients outside the property and the security on the property didn't do anything to prevent it from happening. Drugs and alcohol were sold right in front of the facility doors, police station up the street no one would call to intervene for fights just let people get beat up. If you’re homeless Rosa Ayala will definitely promise you the world before ruining your living situation and blame it on unsigned applications that you have signed already and use that excuse to never find you a place. It’s like they’re so happy to enroll anyone because of the tax right off then they’ll get you out so quick to get the next one in. ♾️🔄
