I worked with Wesley for 1.5 years. He is approachable and he creates a safe place for me to be vulnerable. What I appreciate most about Wesley is his authenticity and he encouraged me to strive towards my own too. We live in a society where we compare so much of ourselves to media, colleagues, friends etc.. so its easy to lose ourselves. My time with Wes was invaluable for my personal growth. He was professional and a great listener, providing a safe space to share my thoughts and feelings. When needed and requested, he offered his perspective and utilized thoughtful questions to coach me. He approached our work together with knowledge of the Asian American experience, which I deeply appreciated. I felt comfortable that he understood my background and how that has influenced my own journey.
I have worked with many therapists in the past but none is as empathetic and insightful as Wesley. He is a very good listener and he always knows how to ask good leading questions that leads to deeper conversations. He is always on time and very experience and caring. What's more amazing is that he himself has great many hobbies including diving and photography!
