In severe pain level at time of appointment. Waited 90 minutes in examination room. Stokes then cancelled appointment because of ‘scheduling’. Avoid at all costs.
I have been in Dr. Austin’s care for many years and she is always thorough and attentive in her regimen while being very pleasant. I can imagine no better neurologist. Dr. Austin’s staff are also kind and as able as she is.
Dr Koltz literally saved me, July 4, 2024 he did surgery on my lower back. He fused L4 to S1, and stabilized my back. My pain was gone when I woke up from surgery. He went the extra mile by bringing in a plastic surgeon to close the wound and that made all the difference in the world. Dr Koltz is very personable and always willing to help. I have recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of back surgery.
Dr Stokes is very personable and up front about what he is gonna do in surgery! He is honest bout it being very painful but he made sure I was as pain free as possible during recovery in the hospital! He is Awesome!
Dr. Austin and her staff exceeded my expectations. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. I was very nervous about my scheduled procedure. Dr. Austin made sure I was informed and comfortable before we began. She talked me through the procedure and that made it so easy. I would highly recommend Dr. Austin for any of your neurological issues.
He’s very helpful and he seems a great doctor And he is very friendly. He’s smiling all the time I am with him and that’s a great thing to me.
Suddenly I started getting better when things were more clearly defined. He's like a friend you've known a long time. I'm grateful for their hospitality and concern. Had a great experience. The staff were excellent. Warm and inviting. All of them. Thank you
