When it comes to excellent service, Fernando Ramos as Weseloh Kia is truly amazing. I have purchased 5 cars from Fernando and every time I deal with him I know I am being treated right! Never a hard sell or haggle, just always looking out for my best interest and ensuring that my experience if supreme. I would recommend Fernando Ramos any day of the week if you want to be treated right with a great price to match! Thanks again Fernando, you make buying a car easy and stress free!

I am a stickler for excellent service and Carlos Arias at Weseloh KIA delivered! We wanted to look at KIA Sportages and walked into the Weseloh dealership asking for the Internet Manager. We had the pleasure of working with Carlos who was very pleasant, professional, patient, kind, informative, and has a great sense of humor! He explained a few things regarding loans etc. and we ended up with a larger vehicle which is what we really wanted to begin with, the Sorento. Carlos made the whole experience very comfortable with no hassle, pressure or bad attitude. If I had my own business I would want him to work for me. He needs to be duplicated because he holds a standard of professionalism that is hard to come by, especially in a car dealership. We were so pleased with his help and wonderful personality that we will be referring everyone looking for a new car to him. THANKS CARLOS!

The Kia Optima fits our needs well and, we think, is a beautiful car. A fellow church member spoke highly of/recommended Weseloh.
The amazing thing was Bob Delia's Customer Care. He took the time to walk us through the many features of the Optima. He listened well and was patient with the many questions.
Bob also did a great job of following up when we asked him to contact us.
Overall, an excellent experience with one of our least favorite things, car shopping.

Fernando Ramos was absolutely great to us, and he made our decision making experience easy and helpful! We were impressed with all the fine staff, but exceptionally pleased to work with Fernando. Even the finance staff worked very hard to get my son Patrick into a safe and great car by searching for a good finance rate and lender. We were pleased with whole experience. Fantastic Experience
We had been scouting dealerships all over southern California in our search for a Kia Optima EX with premium package. Fernando Ramos was awesome to work with and answered all of my inquiries promptly via email (my preferred communication mode) in a respectful and extremely pleasant manner. The merry go round of "we can beat their price" could have gone on indefinitely, but the positive reviews of this dealership in particular was the deciding factor for us. We got the car we wanted (LOVE it) and even had more than one color to choose from here at the price we wanted to pay. All without any of the usual unpleasant pressure or sales games. The price quoted was the price we paid. I have nothing but good things to say about this friendly, professional dealership as this was certainly one of the easiest transactions of this type I have ever had. Seth in finance was also stress-less and professional to deal with. Keep up the good work Weseloh, you made the drive from south Orange County more than worth it.

Go Go Weseloh.. KIA!!
My experience with Weseloh KIA and especially with Carlos Arias was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first email to actually meeting for the test drive, from the original requests and concerns, Carlos came up with creative solutions which exceeded all of my expectations and got me the vehicle of my dreams!
Not only did they stay open 2 hours extra just for me (including financing), but he even was able to help with picking me up after dropping off my old vehicle! I would recommend this dealership and their Internet sales team to anyone (have already done so) and everyone.... great job Carlos!

Great Service
A big "thank you" is in order for Ron in the service department at Weseloh Kia Carlsbad. I recently had some accessory parts installed on a new car I purchased there and Ron took care of me. He spent time describing the work to be done, the cost, and the timing. Everything went perfectly and the work was done faster than expected. The service given to me was top-notch from start to finish, just like I experienced during the sales process (thanks again Paul). Weseloh Kia Carlsbad is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a car of if your Kia needs service. These guys can't be beat.
