The Kia Optima fits our needs well and, we think, is a beautiful car. A fellow church member spoke highly of/recommended Weseloh. The amazing thing was Bob Delia's Customer Care. He took the time to walk us through the many features of the Optima. He listened well and was patient with the many questions. Bob also did a great job of following up when we asked him to contact us. Overall, an excellent experience with one of our least favorite things, car shopping.
Fernando Ramos was absolutely great to us, and he made our decision making experience easy and helpful! We were impressed with all the fine staff, but exceptionally pleased to work with Fernando.
