I just loved so much working with the people at Weseloh KIA. Everybody was exceptional in giving me what I needed at a reasonable price. Justin is so nice and helped me out so much. I can't say enough good things about justin. he was patient with me as I wanted to look at many options and to view what would be best for my situation and desires. Jose was just as great he took me around and showed me a couple of different cars , knowing that I was not going to buy with him. No thought of "well he's not buying from me so I'll just do the minimum" I felt very comfortable with everyone there. Ceasar was helpfull and very nice , a very pleasant man to chat with, cudo's to you and your wife Ceasar. It's so nice to have a family of cars so close to me with a family feel. Hands down the absolute BEST body shop in SoCal, is here at Weseloh Kia Collision Center!!!
I was referred to Frank without hesitation, by a friend that works in the car detailing business for my incorrectly paint matched full front end of my 2016 VW Golf R in Tornado Red. For weeks I was torn about using the shops that originally painted my carbon fiber hood, front bumper cover and front spoiler/splitter parts which came out orange. So fortunate to have met Frank and his team of painters/detailers, which honestly are likely the BEST in the country! I don't normally write reviews or give praise to that degree, so please take my word for what I'm writing here.
Knew right away after meeting Frank for the first time, I was in good hands, he was able to point out the flaws in the paint color immediately and drafted up a more than reasonable quote for the task to respray the full front end. There was no doubt in my mind hearing about their reputation for knocking out complex paint matching jobs, especially in the color red (red/white one of the most difficult colors to correctly match). Their painter George, is an absolute master at this craft, meticulously performed over 6 different spray out's based off almost 9 variances of red paint to choose from which is impossible to nail the correct one if you don't have the experience and intuition. Correctly identified the right red color, and simply nailed it, not a sign off mismatching and quality of work was 10/10 no bubbles, contaminants or signs of any imperfections.
After assembling everything back onto the vehicle, they hit a snag with the hood functionality, never crossed theirs minds to refer me to Volkswagen to get it sorted out. They took ownership of the issue, and executed a quick solution to the problem bringing back full functionality of the cars hood again. That level of devotion and loyalty to the customer, it's not something I'll likely encounter at any body shop, and that is why I'm NEVER going to any other body shop for these reasons and my experience there solidified it.
I don't think these words, can express how grateful I am to Frank and his team at Kia Weseloh Collision Center, but hopefully it reaches out to any potential customers out there looking for the best automotive paint work LOOK NO FURTHER!

What a fun awesome experience! Bob Delia and John Littlefield were amazing.
In short I walked on the lot without an appointment thinking I was going to get attacked by wild animals ... instead this no pressure fun man named Bob took great care of me. I explained what I was looking for & my price range. He took me to the exact car I was looking for (actually better as I thought I was going to buy a used car and he had a new one within budget). He was awesome through the entire process. Even the finance man, John Littlefield was a blast to sign paperwork with and answered all my questions so I understood each line. These two were so pleasant and funny as we cracked jokes making the experience entertaining and educational.
I drove off the lot feeling completely satisfied with my purchase plus the extra attention after the purchase with Bob explaining the feature set, pairing my devices and making a short video etc. made me feel complete!
Go see Bob and John for a good time to get into your perfect car! ;)

I bought my 2016 Kia Soul from Mondi Yafo on 10/27/15 after shopping around for a couple of days. Mondi was super friendly and able to get me a super low price from the get go. When I took his offer to other dealers around, no one could even come close. Mondi was also even willing to get me an option that doesn't come with the car and for no extra cost. Everyone at Weseloh was friendly and helpful, and made sure I had an awesome first time buying experience. Even the trade-in was hassle free. Definitely recommend Mondi and the entire team at Weseloh Kia for your next car.

Called and asked for Parts Department to replace battery on one of my Key-less entry key fob, but no answer.
Only got voice mail that someone would call me back. But never heard back, not even an email or courtesy call. :/
I guess they're only interested helping helping customers who are buying a new car.
C'est la vie, there are plenty'O Kia dealers I can call.

Completely satisfied. Been buying and servicing cars at Weseloh for almost 20 years. Kia's a great brand, with more value for the money than its rivals. See internet sales manager Joshua Perry who runs point on the entire process. All you have to do is figure out which Kia you want.
