Failed to give my dog her heart medication even though it was discussed in advance via email, on the phone, in person and paperwork was completed at check in. I also called EVERY DAY to check and was told repeatedly that it had been done and everything was fine. Now I am sitting here hoping my dog doesn't go into heart failure. How can a place like this not have a system in place to prevent this?!There is just no excuse and no amount of apologies/refund can make up for the stress and worry. Wescott acres took outstanding care of my foster dogs while I was on vacation. They sent me e-mails, photos, text's etc. to let me know they were ok. They went above and beyond, and I was able to relax on my vacation knowing they were in such goods hands. It was a huge relief. They are the best boarding facility I have ever used, and I will never use another if I can help it. Thank you guys so much.
Wescott and PetSmart helped us find our lost cat. This is the most awesome place for animals to go. The staff and ownership are amazing. We took a tour of the facility today. The accommodations for the animals are out of this world.

I can't thank Wescott Acres enough! They took in our Benson when he managed to sneak out of the house! We got a call the night before that someone had found him and brought him to Wescott Acres. We came in today and Laura confirmed that Benson was being sheltered there. I saw my little baby and immediately the waterworks started. Our sugar lump had been so generously taken in and was safe!!!! We were given the wet food that he had been eating and his little selection of sweaters to make sure he was warm. Always clean property and the staff is friendly and caring! My dogs love their time there, they are always clean and and tired when i take them home
