Very clean, pets are happy and thrilled with the staff. Secure facility, well shadded. No wonder they are so happy.
Two years ago, I moved to Columbia, SC. I had just lost my fiance and wanted to start over. My daughter invited me to live with her for few a days until my apartment was ready. Well her boyfriend would not allow my dog Shugaboo to enter the house. It was 105 degrees, and Shugaboo is a indoor dog. I came to Westcott, and the owner took in Shugaboo, without question and I did not have any money. She stayed 3 days, and the owner said I could pay her when I had the money. She is gold in my eyes. And the complex is wonderful.
This is an amazing place! Laura (the owner) is so very compassionate, patient and kind. I have adopted a dog from here and he quickly became part of the family.
I was in SC from NC taking some classes. My last day there I wanted to get my dog a bath before we traveled home. Needed to get that hotel funk off of her. The staff were great to deal with and everything was super easy. She smelled and looked wonderful. Wescott Acres looks amazing. I will be doing doggy daycare upon my return for my next round of classes. Thanks to the staff for taking care of us!!
I would highly recommend Wescott to anyone who needs to be away from their pet! The owner Laura and the staff, are absolutely the sweetest most caring people you could meet. They are very accommodating with special requests and truly want your pet to be safe and happy while you are away. Wish I could give them ten stars!�
