They lost one of my dogs. I had boarded 2 dogs and they lost one and did not notify me in until 24 hours later I was in Florida. Never found the dog !
You know what's great? Customer service. People who care and go out of their way to help fix a tough situation and that's exactly what Wescott Acres did for us this week with our puppy Duke. It's a story we can laugh at now and will never forget but suffice it to say they went far above and beyond the call to help us by taking care of Duke at a time when we absolutely had to have it. My family and I can't thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone!
We have been very pleased with the care Laura and her staff have given our pets over the years. In fact, we travel over 30 miles to bring them to Wescott Acres because we will have peace of mind knowing they're safe and happy while we're away. Thanks so much!
