Before the year ends, I feel compelled to leave this review about my experience at WES earlier this year. For context, I was required to bring my children to WES solely for court-mandated supervised visits between my children and the non-custodial parent. During this time, there were multiple supervision lapses, including instances where my children were left without direct supervision and where established policies, procedures, and safety protocols were not followed. I would not recommend to someone seeking compassionate / professional assistance, especially when seeking a helping hand. Loud, poor phone etiquette and appointments are set up with others at the same time as yours. My personal experience anyway. Ambiance is not very welcoming either.
