If you like vintage/antique furniture and live anywhere near LA, make Wertz Bros. a regular stop. I was looking for an Art Deco vanity for my GF way back in the late 1990's - before "Social" media. They didn't have what I was looking for, but one of the salespeople took my number and called me - twice - to tell me that something had come in. Beautiful antique furniture and appliances. I remember going here as a little girl with my parents.
Best place ever! I've purchased sever mid century modern pieces there.
A cross between a furniture museum and Flea Market. Huge space, excellent vintage selection, real solid wood pieces with intricate hand crafted detail and lots of character selling for very reasonable prices. One of my favorite places to go even if I don't find anything, it's a blast. Also fantastic service/salespeople who know their shit!
