I have a compressor that works decent. We keep the maintenance up on it, but when there is an issue and I have to call tech support, I have to call back 3 or 4 times before someone calls me back. Working in a hospital setting, this is ridiculous to have to continue to call for help and get nothing back. If you don't want to call people back, then put the information on the web or the services manuals online so we can get what we need. Currently I'm on day 3 going to call again for a simple access code to reset my maintenance... read more
