My appointment to KIA yesterday (04.02.25) was terrific. I death with Cornelius Thompson (Service Consultant) and he was a great help. He explained what was going on with my car and what was needed, after the work was completed, he asked if I had any questions and went over everything as he handed me my paperwork. I can't remember when I felt so important as a customer. Before this appointment was a nightmare when I visited Kia Dealership on Tennessee Street but today was a VERY GOOD ONE, Thanks Cornelius!
