Joe came the day after calling and stayed for several hours to fix every little thing that had been done incorrectly by the previous owners. He went out of his way to do additional requests that weren’t part of the original complaint. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and the reasoning why to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting. He was very professional and friendly.
