Technician who inspected my roof is NOT HONEST! And the estimate he give me is $5000 higher than the 3 other roof company i get a quote for my roof. Telling me the wood is rotten in my roof and its really bad and it needs to be replace etc. When 3 other roof company telling me the wood is okay all i need is a new roof. Fantastic work done by Joe at Werling to repair gutters, siding and roofing. Very thorough estimate process, gave best advice on what to do, and did exceptional work. A great communicator throughout the project and really took the time make sure little things like color matching were perfect. Very reasonably priced and will certainly use them again in the future.
This is the second roof replacement (different houses) we have had done by Werling. The estimate and quote was easy, they walked around on the roof and looked at the leak marks inside on the ceiling. They showed up to work when they said they would. The crew was very polite. They did not harm the planting around the house. Our new roof is beautiful, we are very pleased with the results.
Werling went above and beyond in preparing the quote and making recommendations on the condition and repair.
