Super clean shop, I always feel welcome and totally trust Dave’s expert opion. Never pushy and answers all my questions. I won’t take my older BMW anywhere else in the area.
Dave looked at my car this morning (03 VW Passat) and was very thorough in explaining what was going on. He could be a teacher! He concluded nothing needed to be fixed right now and reset the light. But he also explain that now we have data for if the light comes back on. I would send everybody to see Dave to fix their care if I could!
Dave REALLY knows European cars. I personally have a ton of loyalty towards my local dealer, Park Place Motors, but I also know that Dave is an excellent inexpensive and knowledgeable alternative. I have had him perform three repairs on my older Audis since his shop opened and those repairs were done timely and flawlessly. Werkstatt is a very welcome addition to Rochester.
Dave was really great at explaining in detail what was wrong and really fair about what needed to be done and what was "optional" I was really impressed with how he went above and beyond what I expected and would recommend this place to anyone
