Bruce has helped us find our past 2 homes. He is knowledgable and really understands the real estate world. He does an excellent job pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of various homes while remaining fair and neutral. He made sure that we understood every process from bidding/making an offer, negotiating, reviewing inspection reports thoroughly, and coordinating the whole escrow process with my lender. This realtor is willfully negligent. They have left the trees on their property grow into and damage power lines. I have contacted them twice by phone and been told that I can trim the tree if it's a problem. It's NOT my tree, and NOT my responsibility. If this is the kind of careless negligence that is how they deal with problems on their properties. I don't even want to know how they deal with actually selling properties.
