Werkheiser's is great! They took my broken platinum engagement ring of questionable quality from a big online retailer and completely reset it in a beautiful quality 14k yellow gold setting that I can't stop looking at! Just amazing! Couldn’t be happier with how kind they were to me. My finger had been swelling on my ring finger and gotten to an extremely uncomfortable and kinda scary point. I called, they said to just stop in. In a few minutes my rings were cut off and they didn’t even charge me. Said it was a service they provide. Felt much better having a professional do it so the rings weren’t compromised. I will go back to them for resizing once my finger recovers. Thank you!!

I have purchased quality jewelry from Werkheiser Jewelers. Staff is very friendly and helpful and I love that they do onsite repairs. This is the only jewelry store I will use.
