Just amazing! Couldn’t be happier with how kind they were to me. My finger had been swelling on my ring finger and gotten to an extremely uncomfortable and kinda scary point. I called, they said to just stop in. In a few minutes my rings were cut off and they didn’t even charge me. Said it was a service they provide. Felt much better having a professional do it so the rings weren’t compromised. I will go back to them for resizing once my finger recovers. Thank you!!

They responded quickly, provided a very reasonable price quotation, and delivered a ring that was exactly as I had envisioned. The process was quick and Doreen was a joy to work with. I have purchased quality jewelry from Werkheiser Jewelers. Staff is very friendly and helpful and I love that they do onsite repairs. This is the only jewelry store I will use.

I was referred by my fiance’s mom so first time customer, and first time customizing a ring, in this case a ring jacket. I’m a very plain jane person, I honestly had no expectations. I sent them a reference photo of what I was looking for and gave them my trust from then on. The customer service was wonderful – they were kind, helpful, and made sure everything was just right.
