Again at 3:00 AM this morning the person in 321 turned on there TV very loud and I could not go back to sleep. I have high blood pressure and I'm on medication for it. I'm ready to confront this person, but I thought I should give you notice of what is going on every night. I'm considering calling 911 the next time this happens. My patience is running short.
