What I appreciate most about Wenwei is that he truly listens to your priorities and preferences, and then proactively eliminates properties that don’t meet them. I told him that quietness was very important to me, so he did his homework and informed me that one property had a nearby shooting range. I also told him that I don’t like flipped homes, and he carefully went through the listings and filtered out all flipped properties for me.
