We had a great time working with Wenwei! He was always quick to respond and took the time to really understand our home buying goals. Wenwei is an excellent agent and helped me get a great deal for my first house. He is sincere, patient, responsive, and helpful. We went on home tours every weekend for two months, and there was a time when we visited 8 houses in the morning. He gave me lots of professional advice on home conditions from almost every aspect. Noise level, roof conditions, high-voltage line distance, etc. He also gave an estimation of the house before we submitted an offer. What makes him trustworthy is that he is always transparent about the ... read more
