We had a relatively unique kitchen cabinets idea / need and Wentzell did a great job listening and working with us to make it happen. When installed last year we were so very pleased and found the process, price, and quality to be exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, about 9 months in we had an odd behavior occur in the tall pantry cabinet wood side pieces that created structural problems. I began working with Phillip Wentzell in February 2025 for a quote to build and install custom built cabinets for my kitchen as part of a complete kitchen remodel. I sent him drawings from my designer and received a quote in about a week. In March 2025 I sent him several questions on construction and quality which he answered promptly. I scheduled a meeting to see his shop and to provide an updated layout of the cabinet layout for him to revise his pricing. We met and toured his shop.
