The male technician who works at this office is extremely rude for no reason. I was accompanying my elderly mother to her tests today and there happened to be two Catherine’s in the waiting room. My mother went back because he called her name, but it ended up not being her turn. When she came back out sort of laughing about the mix up I saw him lean up against the wall, roll his eyes and shake his head in frustration at my mother. I had a pleasant experience this morning at this place. The receptionist was really kind and understanding, asked my preferences if it's okay to have a male technician for my X Ray. My technician was really friendly and professional too. Made me feel at ease. Thank you for taking care of me.

The receptionists and staff are very nice. However it takes a very long time to process any results. Additionally, the location itself is well depreciated to the point where it has exceeded useful life by a wide margin. More akin to a third world facility than anything else.

Absolutely horrible experience. I had an appointment booked for my second ultrasound to which I was slightly late for due to traffic — which I even apologized for — I was completely turned away because I didn’t have my first report on hand. Not once did anyone mention before the appointment that this was required. I’m pregnant, working full-time, and made a long drive to get there, only to be told I couldn’t be seen.
