Wanted to review because I’ve been here for several ultrasounds and have only had positive experiences for all but one visit. They are generally mostly on time and if they are running behind it isn’t egregious (maybe 10-15 mins). 2 of the 3 technicians I had were friendly and the receptionists are efficient and friendly as well. The office is reasonably clean but nothing fancy. They are fairly easy to book with via phone and usually have availability within a week. The male technician who works at this office is extremely rude for no reason. I was accompanying my elderly mother to her tests today and there happened to be two Catherine’s in the waiting room. My mother went back because he called her name, but it ended up not being her turn. When she came back out sort of laughing about the mix up I saw him lean up against the wall, roll his eyes and shake his head in frustration at my mother. I had a pleasant experience this morning at this place. The receptionist was really kind and understanding, asked my preferences if it's okay to have a male technician for my X Ray. My technician was really friendly and professional too. Made me feel at ease. Thank you for taking care of me.
