Bad experience. The receptionist was extremely rude. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and they would not take me for my bone density test. The waiting room was empty. It took 6 weeks to get the appointment. It was the first time I’ve been to this clinic. I couldn’t find their office when I arrived. She was very rude and acted out in a drama scene over the fact I was 10 minutes late. First time I’ve been late for an appointment. And last time I would book an appointment with them.

I went two days for x-rays first, attention was good but next day the person who did the ultrasound didn't have any people skills lack of courtesy, only give commands and no questions at all how I feel were exactly is the pain, nothing..at the end I asked her how is my injury, she told me in a bad manner that she can't share by law that info, my doctor will. If she respected law, she suppose the wear a mask because she cough and cough in my face while seating beside me ...bad technician in all aspects

From the pleasant and professional greeting, through all aspects of treatment, everyone is friendly and professional and quick. Five stars all day long. Every time I have to use this facility, they never disappoint

My wife had an excellent experience last August 15,2025 at Wentworth X-Ray and Ultrasound on Speers Road, Oakville. The staff were professional, caring, and efficient. Special thanks to Lena (Ultrasound), Diya (X-Ray), and Aileen (Urine testing) for their kindness and outstanding service. Highly recommended!
