The absolute worst doctor I have encountered at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. She lacks compassion and sense of humanity, and is absolutely inflexible with her schedule. She seems to only care about collecting money and does not care at all about her patients. As a result of her misguided motives for being a doctor, it is very difficult to trust her judgement. Her staff is rude and makes careless mistakes, and she encourages them to continue this behavior.

Very calm and communicative professional. Dr Liao was also patient and provided answers to all my questions. I never felt rushed and had her full attention.
