The absolute worst office I have ever delt with, And that’s saying something because I was in the military. I was told that my children’s bill would be $260.00 before I brought them there. After the appointment I was told $365.00 because the filled a small cavity that could have waited for there next appointment. No one told me it was going to cost more. I paid in cash in full and owe nothing, they will not transfer my children’s record to the new dentist. They swindled a disabled veteran!!!
Friendly enough staff. Just couldn't take the month long wait for an appointment all the time. Also they didn't do common procedures most dentist do right in the office.
I have seen Dr. Wennick and his staff for well over 20 years and have had a few different insurances that have stemmed from state insurance to expensive commercial insurance and have never been treated any differently. I was only referred out for oral surgery and a molar extraction. I have had to wait before but it’s never bothered me. The office staff has always worked with me on what needed done first and what could wait. The provider is a kind humorous man and I enjoy my visits.
Dr wennick pays more attention to his assistant than what he is supposed to be doing...like cleaning teeth; and he does a horrible job at that!! Would NOT recommend him to anyone!
DR. ROBERT WENNICK JR. DDS IS NOT A GOOD DENTIST.HE WEARS THE SAME DIRTY DENTAL GLOVES FOR EVERY DENTAL PATIENT.HE DOES NOT USE CLEAN DENTAL GLOVES IN DENTAL PATIENTS MOUTH. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO MY FRIENDS.
i think they do good dental work but are not nice at all and they dont really explain anything really or talk decent to you if my insurance would be accepted anywhere else i would not go there
Lack of bed side manners, had cavities and didn't tell me about them so i could have them taken care of. Poor job of cleaning teeth, talked to assistant while working on my teeth, looking up at her and not at my teeth. Very unprofessional, unsocial, and doesn't seem to care about the well being of his patients. Only seems to care about how many cleanings he can get done quickly. When he worked on my daughters teeth he was so rough he made her cry and didnt even stop, or care, just kept going.
Impersonal beyond belief. First and last visit, he said maybe eight words to me. Nonchalantly said i needed six + teeth pulled along with partial dentures without blinking an eye. Looked and spoke to his assistant while he was operating equipment in my mouth. I would have rather had the receptionist diagnose and fix my teeth. Hey may be a good dentist, but he sure as hell doesn't act like one. DO NOT RECOMMEND. YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING PLIERS.
