When my daughter was young, took her in for a cleaning and after he was finished he left the room without saying anything to her, than came back in she was sitting at the side of the chair to get up and he pushed her back into the chair and yanked a tooth out without saying he was going to do it. And another time his male employee was giving my daughter X-rays and forgot to put the protective vest on her. He never spoke to her only his assistant. Never went back!!! TERRIBLE!!!
Very unprofessional atmosphere. Dr. Was very rude and the office was not clean. Others have said this as well. Yes they need and attitude adjustment especially the Dr.
Since December of 2020 my dental appointment has been rescheduled. The first time in December, then February 2021, twice in June 2021 and today they called to again cancel my August 2021 appointment the last two times that they called to rescheduled it was due to "Office Staff "and in June was told Hygienist was in hospital. Being disabled and on Medical Assistance I asked if they were trying to write me off since it doesn't pay much for a visit. Some of the staff needed an attitude adjustment the dentist and his assistant acted like I wasn’t even in the room when cleaning my teeth he rushed so bad that he poked me so hard with his tool that I jumped my mouth hurt so bad afterwards and he left a hard pointed piece of plaque on the back of my tooth I was supposed to go back for a filling no thank you not after that like can only imagine what would happen with a drill and needles worst experience at a dentist ever
Being new to the area I wanted to give a small practice my business (as I am in the medical field as well) My first interaction should have been my warning sign. Receptionist was rude and told me she would call me back with my benefits. 3 weeks later I walk in to check on benefits and I got attitude when I asked “why wasn’t I notified?” When my 2 children and I came in for our appointments we were treated poorly.
