Referred by another physician. I saw Dr. Liu for cosmetic mole removal - several from my face - and could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. Dr. Liu and her staff are extremely professional, pleasant & caring - my post procedure questions were answered immediately - my scars are invisible. Highly recommend and will see again.
Dr. Liu took the time to meet with me prior to the procedure to ensure she understand my desired look. She was very warm and caring and put me at ease. Dr. Liu even contacted me after the procedure to see how I liked the botox a few days after the procedure to make sure I was happy with the results. I thought that was really nice and unexpected! I plan on going back to Dr. Liu again for follow-up treatments.
I chose her because she specializes solely on the eye area, and has the best training. I went with the best. I booked a consultation, and Dr. Liu’s demeanor is so genuine, so warm. She really understood exactly what my concerns were, and guided me to the path that would lead to the best results. As an aging woman, I was skeptical that I could ever regain that youthful, vibrant, and refreshed look. Dr. Liu is extremely smart, knowledgeable, friendly, nice and compassionate. I couldn't imagine anything better than my experience with her.
I would give her more stars if I could, she was wonderful as was her receptionist. I picked her because she made me feel comfortable and I believe she was very honest with me and I was a bag of nerves walking in and was relieved walking out. Dr. Liu and her staff were very friendly. If I had any questions I could just call them. Dr. Liu explained the procedure throughly. She always has a smile and does not rush through an appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Liu.
I have visited dr liu a half dozen times and every time I am impressed with the results. She is extremely skilled and very personable. Her staff is always on top of scheduling and reminders. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for any appointment. The office is up to date and super clean. I would highly recommend her services.
Coming in to have an elective surgery done on my face was extremely nerve wracking. However this was not the case after meeting with Dr. Liu.
