Our first encounter with weneedavacation was really positive. We attended thei semnar in Brewster and found thcstaff to be extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Like others who were unhappy with the policy changes at the larger web marketers we were looking to find someone who offered a program that suited out philosophy. After working with the staff for the past month we are extremely pleased with their professionalism and ther approach to the home vacation rental market.
We are homeowners and have been extremely pleased with WeNeedAVacation for 12 years. We received an inquiry from a vacationer who sounded fake. The very next morning we got an email from Joan at WNAV alerting us to this phony vacationer. I so appreciate the vigilance and care that the WNAV folks take, trying to keep us all safe in cyber world which, unfortunately, contains some bad actors. Thank you! Susan
RESPONSIVE! I love my agents at weneeda. They catch all my mistakes, like 8 night rentals (who me?), advise on every aspect of getting the best renters and work people to make it happen. I remember their first leaflet so many years back, about focusing on the Cape and Islands, and they've succeeded every step of the way. The Boston Globe missed their chance recently and profiled the wrong company. I only list with weneedavacation because I don't need to list with anyone else. Chilmark homeowner and satisfied customer!
