RecommendedI’d love to see reviews of renters the way air bandb does. Right now, it’s more difficult with WNAV to assess potential renters.
They are a local organization that have the tenant and landlord at heart. They are extremely helpful for new homeowners.

Fair and accurate representation
Although WeNeedaVacation has an excellent reputation, we had a terrible experience in July with a rental property that was extremely disappointing, even unsafe. The owner of this website apologized, but could do nothing because her company only advertises the properties on behalf of the owners, with no guarantee of satisfaction by the renters. Lesson: use a local realtor, not a website, so that you have some recourse if you run into a bad situation like we did. The property we rented is #13560 in North Eastham.
The only way to go, is with we need a vacation! Honest, good people, no complications here! Easy way to go!
We rent out a small condo in Orleans in the summer. We have never had to go any further than weneedavacation to serve our needs. People interested in coming to the Cape seem to go to weneedavacation first. Probably because the website is so well done, the information is timely, the guest reviews are verified before posting.
