My standard poodle was trimmed unevenly. They are nice to the dogs, but not pleased with the cut.
Only to warn others from heartbreak! We have a hairy hairless Chinese Crested puppy and he was taken their 04/15/13 and she shaved his the CREST off the crested. They are supposed to look like my little ponys with the mane. She went straight up the back and shaved it off!! It would be comparable to giving a poodle a complete shave down! Why would ANYONE shave the mane off the horse and then claim they were told to do it! Does she really think the customer is that much of an idiot!! Be warned. We love Nancy and Wendy. We have taken our dogs to them for grooming and have always been very happy. You can tell they really love their furry customers. And when we tell our Baby Girl shes going to see Nancy she gets so excited. They also have a great gift shop too. I cant think of anything I have looked for and could not find. Nancys Dog House is awsome in so many ways. If you are looking for that one of a find gift go to Nancys.
