Great service When I was trying on wedding gowns I took a trip to Wendy's. They had a huge selection. Granted some of the dresses were definitely not in style anymore, but I guess you never know what someone will want. I found the dress of my dreams. However, it was a clearance dress. Not GAY FRIENDLY AND RUDE! When I first walked in I looked around and there were 6 people working and one bride to be getting fitted. My wife to be found the dress of my dreams but when I wanted to try it on no one and I mean NO ONE would help me. Once someone after 20 mins came to help she asked me if I was the bride and if my wife to be was my maid of honor. I go no she's my fiance. She just looked at me and left with the dress. Ugghhhh! Go to Wendy's if you are looking for absolutely no service. I stopped in on a weekday thinking that I would be able to have a pleasant experience because it would be slower and not only did I have to bring dresses to the dressing room myself but, I also had try to zip them all up myself. I felt completely ignored even though I was the only one there. Now I know why. I had planned on buying a dress that day and ended up going to another store who did not ignore me and found a dress that I love.

Huge Selection The customer service was great...beyond exceptional, not to mention the huge selection of beautiful dresses.
Wendy's bridal has great deals, mediocre service. Like many others, I wasn't greeted when I walked into the store. While I felt a little lost, it was nice to be able to walk around and pick up gowns that I liked, which I wasn't able to do at other bridal stores. Soon, an employee greeted us and got a fitting room started. Even took two dresses off mannequins for me to try on.
