From a perspective of over 20 years of experience with her, I can not express my gratitude enough. She is extremely professional while being kind and caring in the process. I appreciate that she takes time with me to listen to and address all of my concerns. I couldn’t expect anything more.
I had a rather horrible time at my appointment and was essentially told to seek therapy for the issues I'd been having. My post-appointment qualms with this practice and NP are the worst, though. The "complete" hormone panel ordered was not complete, and when I asked for the untested levels to be tested, I was told it "wasn't necessary" and "would provide no helpful information." I had an abnormal pap with my Doctor, so she referred me to Dr. Hamilton. On the day of my appointment, she had one of her assistants call me while I was driving on my way to the office, at this point, she has never seen me. Her assistant told me I have to wait a whole year to get anything done. I have an abnormal pap and they want me to sit around for a year wondering if I have cancer? I had pre-cancel in my early 20's.
