So I went through the drive thru tonight at 11:02 pm and ordered 3 chicken go wraps a small chilli a value fry and a doublr stack.. When I took a bite of my chicken go wrap.. Im so thankful I looked at my wrap because my chicken was raw!!!! I spit my bite out I had in my mouth thankfully!!! But this is absolutely disgusting so I call the store and ask for a manager to only get put on hold for 6 minutes with no manager on the other line... Just saw someone posted the manager took a pee and didn't wash his hands?? What the heck? People notice this stuff.
Im so tired of going there and my order being screwed up i ask for sweet and sour. And its forgot 95 percent of the time i ask for no meat on my sandwich and three different times now i pay full price though my sandwich is not to have meat and its had meat im not asking for much and i understand they get busy but i expect them to get my order correct especially when i have no problem paying full price for a sandwhich i choose not to get meat on straight down to sweet and sour sauce is barely ever in my bag and there times th... read more
My only wish is we had one in Waynesboro. I have never had a problem at this location. My order is correct most of the time and if not the mgr fixes any issues. Food is good hot and fresh. Really need one in waynesboro,
