There was a LIVE water bug crawling in my strawberry salad today ! I almost put it in my mouth . The manager said “it must of been already in the package because their store doesn’t have bugs” but idk how a bug can survive after being vacuum sealed and put in the fridge . I’ll never eat from them again !
not the one off of 81 in Chambersburg if you want to eat at a restaurant that three out of four tables are already dirty the floor is so disgusting when you walk on there were two adults four children it was so nasty even the kids noticed
My mom got a bacon cheese burger and baked potato. her bacon and cheese had a long dark brown hair on it. when she called the manager acted like it was nothing. when we showed up in person one guy said oh their here to her and she acted like she couldn't see us. she kept moving around with her long hair swinging around behind her and around the food.. she didn't apologize for nothing. where is the customer service at??? I think people need to rethink going to Wendy's chambersburg Wayne ave..

Very rude in the drive thru, for no reason. Got 2 biggie bags, a 4/$4 meal, and a separate crispy chicken sandwich which was all packaged together so I had to open each sandwich to know which was which. And to add they didn’t give me any BBQ sauce for the three meals. Tried to call to let them know I wasn’t satisfied and the phone just kept ringing.
Place is a joke, pulled up behind car that was at the speaker, an employee that was carrying his uniform walked up to the speaker and started taking to person at the speaker waited 2-3 minutes for conversation to stop. Then pulled up to order, placed order was told to pull to second window from speaker. never again, 2 times now was told to hold on at the drive thru window and then sit there for over 5 minutes
should there 5 minutes before service. dota take another 15 minutes just before I could get food. need more employees only 3 working. fast food chain more like a slow food chain.
