The staff is amazing. They are caring and make sure your are comfortable every step of the way. Karen goes over and above to make herself available for any questions or concerns you may have. Now let's talk about infusion day. The check in process is quick and they are always friendly. The nurses are also very caring and friendly but there is something special about Nicole. I've been so impressed with Dr. Mahone-Johnson. She is possibly the most knowledgeable and compassionate Dr. I have seen. I believe she genuinely cares about my issues. During our visits I feel comfortable enough to ask about medical issues outside of her field. She will ask questions and share any knowledge she has on the topic and make recommendations to other resources when appropriate. Dr. Mahone-Johnson was solicitous of my concerns and listened carefully when I spoke. She alleviated my concerns abut my blood clot, and assured me that the risk of the blood clot dislodging was very low.
Dr Mahone-Johnson is always professional and provides excellent care. Tests are reviewed and explained to me in a timely and thorough manner She asks me questions to insure I understand the results

Dr. Mahone-Johnson is very personable and easy to talk to. I appreciate the time she takes to explain all test results and concerns that she may have. Dr. Mahone-Johnson also returns phone calls and follows up with any questions I might have.
Dr. Mahone-Johnson was very personable and explained what she was looking for in the bloodwork and afterwards was able to go over the results in terms I could easily understand. Even though my results were negative we have scheduled a follow up appointment in 6 months to see if everything remains the same.
