I really like Dr. Chan. I have been terrified of every dentist ever. I don't feel that way about Dr. Chan. She is so kind, soft spoken & sweet. She always remembers me and she always remembers my family. Dr. Chan is very gentle. My husband had work done and didn't even realize she was already done when she was. The worst doc！She is a thief！I brought my X-ray from another doc who can't speak Chinese, when she finished check, she wants to leave my X-ray, but I refused at once! Because I felt so careless by her check，she even wants to pull out my teeth by not telling me! Then, I told her I need go, but she refused to give my X-ray back!Then, I told her she can make a copy, but the terrible thing happens! She replace my X-ray and gave the copy to me which is indistinct! A garbage doc I ever seen!
