It has good apartments and space but THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES. I’ve been here for a year and the problem has only gotten worse. It’s everywhere in the building and I’ve talked to several residents that all have the same problem plus some have had mice too! I’m looking to move once my lease is up.

Roaches. Roaches. Roaches. The staff is helpful and kind. But it is an unlivable place because of the roaches. Just because you fumigate doesn’t mean it’s fixing the problem. This building should not be available to live in. Roaches. Roaches. Roaches.
The management of the apartment is totally a mess! They asked me to return the garage permit sticker otherwise they would not return the deposit. After I mailed them the sticker, they never had follow-up with that. Very very poor communication experience. Never choose this place as your home.
Always noisy, the staff here seem to be busy doing things, but they just drive cars in and out, causing noise and doing nothing
