It has good apartments and space but THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES. I’ve been here for a year and the problem has only gotten worse. It’s everywhere in the building and I’ve talked to several residents that all have the same problem plus some have had mice too! I’m looking to move once my lease is up. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Living in this apartment is the worst decision I made last year. I lived here for a year and had a rat problem the whole time. I saw more than 3–4 rats. I even caught two, but there were still more in my apartment. The staff did not help at all. They gave me only a few sticky traps, and they were expired and low quality. Roaches. Roaches. Roaches. The staff is helpful and kind. But it is an unlivable place because of the roaches. Just because you fumigate doesn’t mean it’s fixing the problem. This building should not be available to live in. Roaches. Roaches. Roaches.
