This is the MOST WORST! place to purchase a vehicle, they are a bunch of BULLIES and they think that they can treat customer any way they want. they are NOT HONEST? at all when it comes to purchase and repairs of your vehicle, I wish I NEVER purchase my vehicle from these dishonest people Customer came in on the $0 $0 $0 ad. Customer did not qualify for all of the incentives to get to the price he wanted. We gave the price he qualified for, and he could not understand why he could not get the advertised price. On 07 Jun 2025, my son drove 3 hours to Koons **** due to the great price on 2 cars he was interested in. I agreed to co-sign if needed. The dealership stated they would prep both cars and have them waiting out front for him to decide which one he wanted to proceed with. During his 3 hour drive, we both provided our information to the salesperson. When he arrived, neither car was prepped nor readily available for viewing. THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS - I ordered 3 accessories with my vehicle and none of them work together. It was apparent immediately and I requested an exchange - a right tool box for the left tool box I ordered. They refused. The sale manager actually said "You were the first ****** to order the Maverick and unfortunately there's nothing we can do for you." I spent over ******* on accessories that have to be used separately. I REALLY HATED THEIR NONCHALANT ATTITUDE. I won't be back if I can at all help ie.

on September 2022 i bought a 2018 mustang Gt with 9k miles on it. so basically the car was still under dealership warranty. i also purchased a 3 year tier and rims warranty and paid extra for it. the day i drove the car off the dealership lot, i found a jar with ******* in the driver door. i contacted my sales person at that time * Malik * and informed him. couple days later i found out that the driver door handle won't open unless i use the car remote. broken door lock/unlock sensor. i called the dealership and they schedul... read more

I purchased a 2024 F-250 from Ford of Port Richey in May with a $35,000 down payment. The truck ended up being defective — it braked on its own while I was driving on the highway and caused a 4-car accident. When I brought it back, I was told by the finance director, Cristian, that I would be given a “Vince swap,” meaning the new vehicle would be placed under my original loan — not a new one, and not a trade-in. Do not go here. **** ******** sold me a brand-new lemon Bronco. He is so unprofessional I have messages from him saying some horrible things. They scammed me on a brand-new bronco I had maybe 30 days and then they offered zero help. they reached out to me to tell me I was a liar and threatened my life because the car was declared a Lemon. I have witnesses that overheard the conversation. It was definitely the worse place and customer service I have EVER experienced.
