Seen by 2 different doctors and they both misdiagnosed my prescription. After having my script done a total of 4 different times and then finally realizing I didn’t even need a new script (so frustrating). Additionally, they did not complete the prior authorization for my prescription eye drops. It’s been 2 months, I called, CVS called and nothing. It’s irresponsible and they should be reported to the BBB. Unfortunately, they never answer phone calls or respond to voicemails. Would not recommend this place

Terrible doctor. Do but go here. I went here to see if my son needed vision therapy and my sonwas incorrectly diagnosed as needed bi-focals (He’s 10) When I disagreed with the diagnosis and explained I wanted a second opinion I was told that was fine and they confirmed that they would not charge my insurance. I then received two separate doctors diagnosis (which should have been charged to my insurance) that Dr. Harada was, in fact, incorrect. My son does not need glasses at all.
