The management is good, very responsive. The area is neat and clean. Everything is peaceful. The rents are steep, very well above the average for the area.
I normally don’t write reviews but if my review saves the trouble of someone trying to weigh out their options of moving in: DO NOT! I moved here when I was pregnant and the 3rd day from moving in is when it went downhill. I lived amongst the most disrespectful, inconsiderate, and rude neighbor ever. The neighbor upstairs had parties every single weekend. To the point other neighbors would hear her parties in the hallways and wish she was kicked out.
