My son attended the 2 week outpatient program and was discharged Friday and they started him on new medication, they did not fill the script when discharged and now my son has went 3 days without his medication. I have called and complained and ask for them to refill and still nothing. Do not recommend this hospital for any mental health needs. This is not the first problem we have had with this facility.
RecommendedWas patient back in August of 2018 for a week. Social worker was nice and as well as other employees.
If you love the person that is having issues DO NOT SEND THEM TO WELLSTONE. They drug people up and leave them sitting in a room alone. Do not give baths to people after drugging them up. Just go somewhere else.
It's amazing and the staff was really good at their jobs. I felt like I had another family that loved me. My treatment was really good.
My grandson was admitted on a Monday. on Tuesday he was still wearing the sameclothese he was admitted in. His clothes were misplaced. Wednesday, my grandson is still wearing the same clothes he was admitted in. By this time as you can imagine, his parents are very upset. they were told, his clothes were lost. When told they needed to find them. They said they would check the cameras, then later were told their cameras don't work.
