Wellstone refused my son treatment after an initial assessment. When Clark requested them to do an assessment a month later, they refused and cited his ASD diagnosis, low IQ score (he has never had an IQ test and is very bright), and said he was non verbal (although they had spoken with him during the initial assessment and know he is verbal). When our psychologist reached out to them, Wellstone’s director hung up on her. This facility does not honor their contracts and engages in exclusionary behaviors and discrimination.

Not helpful at all. They don't care about patients' safety, and would rather let a suicidal person walk out than make a few minor changes
I was raised not to say anything, unless I have something nice to say, so I will stick to nothing but the facts, the truth. I waited in the waiting room for approximately 4 hours for my son to be evaluated. After being called back, and completing paperwork, we were left in the evaluation room for approximately 1 hour. our 11 year old daughter has been in wellstone for 6 months with alot of issues and wellstone staff does not watch the kids. i want someone to contact me back on how 2 children end up butt naked in bed with each other and no one can call us and tell us how this is able to happen. they do not supervise these children!!!

Use to use this hospital a lot but today Im in a better place with my mental health. I can not sing this hospitals praises enough . They helped me with the passing of my mother and the loss of my child. Dr.Jaggers is the best psychiatrist and I am so honored to have worked with him. I am currently a plus size model and just made the march issue for a magazine!
