I’m not sure how you (as a clinic) can be 30 minutes behind for an 8:30am blood draw appointment, but apparently it’s a thing. Someone else in the waiting room had an 8:15am appointment and she was very late getting called back as well. As a previous practice manager in your company, I find this highly troubling.

I was a patient here twice. Both times I was put with a provider that was mysteriously left. Prior to the 2nd time I needed a prescription and the girl kept telling me it wasn't covered, but I messaged and asked her to ask the provider for something else. In CAPITOL letters MAM I TOLD YOU ITS NOT COVERED. Extremely rude and demeaning attitudes. I was a medical Assistant for years and handled prescriptions daily. I would never treat anyone like this. Their office will not call to verify the insurance. They only go by what's listed in the portal (lazy way) and the portal isn't always right. The doctor assignment was changed back in February when the 1st appointment was, at the end of June, back for another appointment, and they say insurance isn't assigned due to the portal. My insurance card lists the doctor also, and when I CALLED the insurance company, I was told it was still assigned and has been. My orthopedic Dr Joe is fantastic! I went in with sprained ankle and hobbling. When I left no pain and could walk normally. Same with 2nd visit. Best Ortho I’ve ever been to!! Thanks Dr Joe!!
