Excellent doctor and nurses
The front staff are exceptionally nice and Dr. Roy is a wonderful doctor. The billing department however is terrible. I have TRICARE West and was lucky that the outsourced from Darnell Hospital in Fort Hood. I went in the office for a routine office visit and received a bill stating I owed $71.40 after I paid the copay and the insurance company which this office had a contract with refused to pay for an extended visit which I did not have.
