Amber from the call center/office is mean for absolutely no reason when you call in to schedule an appointment. She was breathing loud and aggressive, tying on the keyboard loud and aggressive for no reason, being smart when you ask a question , just being mean because I called to schedule an appointment
Note Fridays they close at 12. So dont give up, just wait til Monday and they will calm you down thank you to staff that helped us
