Gwen the nurse had me waste 3 hours of my day to fix a problem with my medication that the surgeon said would be fixed if I came in to the office. When I arrived I was told by the surgeon that there was nothing they could do and I would need to see my PCP about it. All of that information could have been relayed on the original phone call and would have prevented me from making a very painful 2 hour round trip. It also took calling and leaving messages 3 different times before I received a call back.
