I’m writing this review to express serious concern about my girlfriend’s experience during a visit for a cortisone (cortisol) injection. While administering the injection, the doctor touched her unnecessarily for the procedure being performed. There was no clear explanation of what he was doing, no warning, and no request for consent beyond the injection itself. This made her extremely uncomfortable and caught off guard. Very very rude office receptionist told me my pain sounded like back pain not hip pain and said they don't do backs her tone was rude when she said it and wouldn't just make me an appointment when my pain is in my hip but like what is her job a doctor or a front desk receptionist...?
I felt Dr. Hopkins and his staff took good care of my injury. I had a displaced pinky and needed a pin in it for 5 weeks, but Dr. Hopkins is a great surgeon and he got me back to work quickly. The nurses and techs at his office are awesome, very sweet ladies. I felt the overall quality of care was superb. Dr. Hopkins and his staff took excellent care of me and my pinky is getting better by the day, even with returning to work its starting to feel like normal again. Waited over an hour to be seen. The Dr was very dismissive. He can in and was only in for 19 seconds. I literally had no time to dis use my pain or any other issues. Wouldn’t recommend.
This Dr. is a heartless individual who cares nothing for the patients only his check. Treated my special needs daughter like she had no feelings and talk to my husband and myself as if we were stupid to her condition. Cut her cast off then told us that he didn’t treat muscular disorders and refused to recast her . Do not recommend
