Wonderful !!! From the front desk interaction to the nurse to the doctor--- wow, what a wonderful experience. I walked in not feeling well but left confident that I had been evaluated in a truly professional, efficient, kind, and caring manner by the entire staff. All were excellent communicators and I knew what was going on at every step of the way. Thanks to all ! You clearly worked as a team and I applaud you ad a team.
My daughter just left there. She is 25 weeks pregnant and they knew it and they gave her a med script (prednisone/steroid) that is dangerous to her unborn child and she noticed it at the pharmacy and asked for more information and he gave her the print off and the pharmacist told her to call her OB before taking it which confirmed her suspicions of it when she received the info. before taking anything check it out, not all Dr. or PA's are reliable. Great staff, caring doctors and a clean facility. And free snacks, drinks and TV in the waiting room. If you have to deal with an illness or emergency, you might as well do so in a place that makes it a lot less traumatic.
They are always friendly from the front desk to the RN to the MD. And close. I only live 1.5 miles away.
I never wait long and the front office and medical staff are always friendly, efficient and thorough. Dr. Stevens is very attentive and compassionate.
