Worst experience possible! 5 people in here...had an appointment & STILL had to wait 4 hours & only saw one person called back! Unprofessional. Unapologetic! Horrible experience! I would NEVER recommend this place or come here again! NO ONE WORKS HERE! Watched at least 4 people just walk out they waited so long.
RecommendedWe took our Son here after finding out that CHOA urgent care had a long wait time. They were thorough and took their time explaining everything to me when my Son tested positive for the Flu. Thank you for being so kind and patient with him. We will be returning.

I will NEVER come here again. I came in today & i was there for THREE AND A HALF HOURS in the waiting room! Then when i was FINALLY put into a room i sat there for 30 minutes just to have ONE doctor, the ONLY doctor on staff, come in to talk to me and diagnose me for 5 minutes. I spent my only sick day in a waiting room! Not to mention they wanted me to pay $50 for my co pay when it’s only $25!!! Took my 3 year old here today after seeing that the CHOA urgent care wait was 2.5 hours and was so pleased. The nurses and doctor were so kind, patient, and caring as they saw my son who was feverish and hysterical. After being diagnosed with the flu, they took time to really talk about what to expect and didn’t try to rush this anxious mama out the door. Thank you guys!
The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly compassionate and efficient. I recommend this place for anyone needing urgent care. I am so grateful that they helped me feel human again! Thank you guys very much!
