It’s great experience my visit to Dr Phuong. She gives enough time to know the details of the patients. I felt so comfortable the accommodations I received from the whole team.

Very unprofessional, find a new location in Midtown at all costs! The staff didn't have the decency to tell me that my appointment was canceled until I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment. They called but did not leave a message, neglected to submit an update on MyChart to notify me and then retroactively input that I was the one who canceled my appointment when in actually it was Dr. DInh who did so. I feel as if my health is optional to Dr. Dinh & her staff. AVOID!

After calling the practice to schedule an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Maris I was told the practice would call me the next day with availability. To no surprise I didn’t receive a call back. I recontacted the practice and was told she had no availability for two months. While this seemed far out I assumed this must mean she’s a good provider and well recommended.
